It's home depot!
My rating of this store is particular to my experience today. My wife and I were interested in buying a new refrigerator and had picked it out online. I walked into Home Depot today at a pretty quiet time to ask for some details and make a purchase if it was the right time. The employee in the appliances area, Adrian, made the process so easy that I had no question about whether to buy the fridge, or logistical issues associated. If you're interested in purchasing an appliance in Home Depot, I recommend you seek out Adrian.
My dad and I went in for a small plumbing piece, and we were helped immediately by a very friendly and helpful associate named Tjay. She took her time finding exactly the right piece, and seeing my dad was having a very hard time standing and walking, she actually quickly opened a register just for him. This is above and beyond. Most times we come in, nobody is around to help, or they don't know where things are or if you even have it. We were pleasantly surprised by That's excellent customer service today!
The people there were very helpful. I ordered online though and was hoping to just be able to pick it up quick. Unfortunately I was too impatient and had to go get the stuff myself. Then they didn't have one of the items that I had ordered on the shelf. Again the people were helpful but I was ordering ahead of time to save time. I ended up getting everything I wanted and was able to get out the door a little longer than I had wanted. Guess I was expecting a little a too much for the timeline to go pick things up.
