Claude was amazing! Very respectful and patient. He showed me the items I was interested in while my grandchild acted up a bit. He is a very kind and gentle soul. He kept my grandchild amused while I counted out cash. Great experience at Bobs, thanks Claude!
My wife and I went to Bobs to look at options for a sofa. We knew which measurements would work but not so much the style we wanted. Stephanie was very helpful in assisting us with our purchase. She is very knowledgable and patient. We would recommend working with her for any of your home needs!
My first time shopping at Bob’s furniture and I was extremely pleased. We had looked online and knew what couch we wanted to get for the “teen room”. Our sales associate, Victoria, took us right to it and pointed out three similar products to compare. She let us look on our own and pointed out some other items that were on sale. Showed us the coffee table that was set with the couch and we loved it but didn’t think it would go with the TV stand that was in the room. showed her a picture of our stand and she immediately had two other items to view and one that was just perfect! She was so efficient, so pleasant the and knowledgeable! We were in the store less than 50 minutes...We had our couch, coffee table that we really hadn’t even thought of and the lamp that we’ve been searching for for months for the other living room! We were furnishing a new apartment and were very happy with our experience at Bob's. The furniture was of good quality and the prices were great. I want to call out two people at the store in particular. Jason was our sales associate and was very helpful. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and did not waste our time showing us furniture outside our needs or above our budget. He was able to quickly check with every item to determine if it was in stock. I want to give a special thanks to a manager named Lou. One of our furniture pieces unexpectedly did not fit in the apartment and we were left in a really tough spot. He went above and beyond normal customer service to facilitate a quick return. I will definitely go back to Bob's when I need more furniture.
Couldn’t be happier with my experience. I went to the New London store a few months back just to browse for a durable couch for our beach house. I made sure I let the sales associate Michael know that as I didn’t want him spending too much time with me knowing I wasn’t purchasing that day. He gave me my space but helped me in depth and even brought over the manager Jason to walk me through certain types of fabric that may be more durable to the sand that a beach house ultimately accumulates. I never felt pressured and never felt uncomfortable that he was helping me even though I wasn’t ready to purchase. Fast forward to today when I purchased a great sectional online. Jason immediately called me to let me know unfortunately it was back ordered but was able to set up a delivery date so I can plan when I’ll be receiving it. Really impressed with this store and team. I’ve shopped at Bob’s occasionally through out the years and this is by far the best experience I’ve had.
