Came in today to switch from Verizon and Erica was so helpful. She was able to keep my phone numbers and my data also was able to be kept. Erica was so pleasant and kind. Brianna also stepped in when Erica had questions. These girls made my day and then some. Thank you guys very much!
Made an appointment last month to sign up for additional lines on my business account, Latoya was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped me make the best choices for my small business needs.
Not the best costumer service, 40 minutes in line and the associate doesn’t really know what she is doing.
Friendly service, all my questions answered, the store is very clean and inviting. I love the fact that there is a clear straight path from the front door to the service desk for those of us who like to TCB first and then do our browsing. Would definitely recommend.
Toya the manager is awesome,just listened to he get berated by a crazy lady.....such patients.
