Customer service is horrible rude and disrespectful in this store although the manager is awesome, caring and polite! And when you order online you don’t get to order, they lie about loosing items and make excuses every single time you call. I still waiting for my July order just get out the phone with another excuse no resolution. I’ll never buy anything there anymore! I spend around 500$
They had exactly what I wanted at a great sale price of 25% off. Keep up the good work.
I like this store even though there prices are on the high side. They do have good prices on sale and discount items.
Don't like the 2nd floor set up, and strange entrance thru elevator or escalator. Wanted to get out of there in a hurry...but salespeople very nice and helpful.
Manager is an upstanding guy. Thank you for making our visit as simple as possible.
