Love this place. Great package deals too..
Olivia is such a doll! Wonderful customer service! Answered all of my questions and then some! It has been a while since being at Tan Republic, but all their staff is super friendly and helpful.
I was highly disappointed with the low quality of service I received from the female manager. I was being helped by the male front desk attendant who was extremely helpful, when the manager interceded. She failed to respond to my polite greeting neither looking at me nor saying hello. When she was asked by the front desk if or how she could assist us she rudely said no, offering no alternative or common courtesy. We did not spend any money at this establishment only because of the manager’s rude manner. Perhaps some customer service training is in order.
This is by FAR the best tanning salon in Las Vegas. It’s always clean and the beds are ON POINT. I asked for a spray tan and I was recommended a level 3 Venetian and it was so great. I didn’t come out orange 😁 The employees all had a great attitude and Amanda helped me with everything I needed. I would recommend EVERYONE who’s looking a little pasty to try them out. 7 and a half out of 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
The blotchiest tan ever. I went into the versa machine and got tan level 2 and came out with actual dots on my skin. I don’t get spray tans a lot so I asked if that was normal and she said yes. I let it develop for 6 and a half hours and washed it off and I can still see the dots on my body
