This was my first time renting storage and Anne made the process seamless. From handling all the paperwork and getting around a few computer problems to giving me a tour of my cube everything was A++++++. Helping people out is what Anne just loves to do. thank you very much
My cube was broken into, the lock was cut. While they did call me when they saw there was no lock, they had no security cameras or any way to tell how it happened or who did it. The next month they raised my rate $20, but there was nothing more I was getting, not more space, not more security, just spending more money. I moved out yesterday and everything is covered in white mold. EVERYTHING. I had to throw so much away. The people in the office are friendly and kind, but they have been unable to resolve my concerns over security and the price increase.
Everything was as easy as pie. From reservations, to coming and going, to checkout the entire experience was flawless. Anne (the manager, I'm sorry if I have her name wrong) was polite, fun, and awesome with my kids. It was a pleasure. Thank you.
