Service has always been slow in my experience. But now to be told that allegedly lobby is not open for service, and has been this way for a year? Listed as open for take out though. Zero exceptions even though the door was unlocked. But I can “use the drive through”.nSo do I do that and tear down the building as I am in a tractor trailer? And I know for a fact I’ve been inside since COVID issues.nI won’t return
The main reason for this low of a review is because for the last three times in a row that I been to this one Dunkin they have messed up my order. I always use the Dunkin app and when I put in what I want and when I go to pick it up, they would give me the wrong kind, ex: ask for apple and spice donuts but get the apple cider. Also the hot chocolate and dunkincinos taste watered down compared to other Dunkin's
Not the fault of those who work there but a horrendous drive thru set up. More than 3 cars & the fourth is waiting out on route 12. There were 2 cars waiting in the North bound lane and South bound lane. On coming traffic had to snake through. Dangerous conditions
Employees were super positive and all wearing masks! Thank you for keeping us safe!
