I've dealt with 8 piano movers (both general movers and piano movers) for our baby grand pianos in my life. Piano2Go guys are one of the very best among them. They are knowledgeable, well-trained, and courteous. Our heavy piano arrived at the new place without any slightest scratch. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the service. We know we will have to move again in a few years and we will definitely use them again.

The movers were courteous, prompt and respectful with regards to my other furnishings. They packed up the piano with care and expertise.
Extremely unpleasant experience having to deal with them. Showed up 3 hours late and had no explanation for being so late. When I spoke with Scott, he just kept saying they were on their way starting at 8am, and they didn't arrive until 12:15. Would not go back.
