The customer service was great from our initial inquiry until we secured our unit and completed the SmartRental process: in person, through the website, via email and over the phone. The correspondence from management was prompt, clear and transparent about the property’s policies. So far we’re having a great experience with CubeSmart!
Chris was always pleasant and willing to help out on every aspect by all means necessary. I truly appreciate all that he’s done to make sure my needs were met during my 3yrs of renting with them.

In a time when it seems like everyone is out for themselves (somewhat understandably) Sean and Chris went far above and beyond to help me identify what I needed and make the ugly process of moving (at least this part) easy. I felt like I had known them. Great location feel. Can’t honestly say enough but thank you both (especially Sean who I dealt with from the beginning). He genuinely expressed that I could call any time and he would help. Seriously sincere and genuine person.
Chris at CubeSmart really helped me out. I was leasing an indoor space at another local facility, but needed an outdoor roll-up to store my motorcycle. Chris didn't have one for me at first, but called me back as soon as one opened up...the same day! Service is great, and the price is much better than where I was (for the same size space). I highly recommend Chris and Cube Smart.
