This was the absolute BEST massage I've had! After doing a lot of driving so many areas needed help. Because of Alicia's knowledge of anatomy she was able to understand exactly how to resolve the soreness in all of them! My husband and I loved our couples massage!! The front desk guy was very kind and helpful! My massage therapist was Justin and he was very talented, he went above and beyond!! My husband had Natasha and he said she was great and finding the spots that needed the most work! We wish we were locals because we’d definitely become regulars! Great experience!

Had a couple massage at Massage Heights. They did a great job. Everything was super clean, with temp checks at the door and asked everyone to use hand sanitizer. The place had a great feel and ambiance, especially considering how reasonably priced it was.

Jeff is a great therapist. He knows how to provide a quality massage, while keeping great communication. I was able to enjoy a deep tissue massage with absolutely no bruising. Thank you so much 🙂.

I generally like coming to this location but this last cluster was the deal breaker for me. I originally scheduled a Friday @ 7pm I had to cancel. So I called to reschedule. This took two calls because I never received a call back after leaving a message to reschedule. This is in fact the second time I didn’t receive a call back. The first time I didn’t call back. This time I was able to book for Monday at 4. I arrive 10 min early and the young lady behind the counter said we don’t have you scheduled for 4. I advised that I confirmed with YES vis text message. She covered her face with her hands as if this was a frustration she’d experienced in the past. I said, do you have any opening now or soon? The answer was no. I was so disappointed I just walked out. So while sitting in my vehicle I check that I did confirm via text but the time I noticed had changed to 6 pm. So I called the counter and advised them that apparently the scheduled time was changed to 6 pm and I confirmed that time and if that was what their schedule showed? No, came the reply we don’t have anything for 6pm. Good grief! If I were a therapist And my scheduled person was shut out I’d be pretty angry. Not to boast I’m a very heavy tipper because it’s a business perk. How is massage Heights able to keep clients if the counter people cant organize and keep the schedules logged and saved. How can a therapist be certain their clients are better scheduled? There are at least 2 massage place inside of 10 minutes of this location and they keep their schedule straight and this frustration doesn’t happen. Anyway the therapists are great here so it’s no shot at them I’ve been 99% happy with their services.
