Each time I go to Ideal they make me feel great! Zarah, the Nurse Practitioner, always does my treatments and is AMAZING. Chloe also provides prestige customer service and made the whole process with signing up easy and I see her every time I go in with a smile on her face. All of the employees are so nice and welcoming and greet you right as you walk through the door. I will continue to do services with them until I am hair free and more!
It has just been Amazing. I say Amazing cause you have a Nurse Ali that is so sweet and patient with me. The treatments are very painful but Ali will take breaks when I need it. She is very knowledgeable. Because of her I felt comfortable with her treating my daughter. I have also referred my friend Samantha. Samantha thanks me all the time for referring her.
I've had two laser hair removal treatments and am happy with the results thus far. Zarah made me feel comfortable during this highly sensitive procedure and was patient with my low pain threshold. I highly recommend this location for facility cleanliness and exceptional customer service.
1. My consultant was suppose to call me at 4pm and no one did till I called at 5pm to see why no one called

I’ve always been interested in getting laser done, since waxing is just too painful, and I’m absolutely sick of shaving!!!!! As we all know though, it’s expensive af. Lucky for me, Chloe helped me set up an appointment for the bikini line area, with an amazing promotional discount going on at the time!!! I also set up a payment plan, so I only need to pay a little bit every month for a year to full pay it off with ZERO interest!!! Finally my dream of baby smooth skin has become a reality!!! The professional, Zarah, working with me during my visits has been my rock for this whole experience! This beauty procedure is painful, but she keeps me very motivated, while also making me feel reassured! The pain only last a second after each zap, but I can 100% promise you will be leaving your appointment with no pain whatsoever! I’ve gone in for 2 appointments now, and the result are fantastic! I’m really grateful for the team at ideal image for their care and professionalism they have shown to me. 11/10 experience and I highly recommend Zarah to anyone who might be a little on the wimpy side (like me 😆), but also her expertise. She stays strong for the both of us!
