We worked with Monica, she was excellent! She carefully listened to our present problem with our mattress and why we needed to purchase a new one. She totally understood what we were looking for! We were very impressed with her knowledge, she showed us the difference between a few mattresses and then the ones she thought would help our problem. We tried out the three selections over and over. Her patience with us was awesome. We choose the one we wanted.nNormally I have no patience with sales people. Had gone in to purchase an additional mattress and was met by Monica. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. When the feel of the mattress I chose differed from the one I received (even after the break in period), Monica was able to assist with the exchange. She helped me with choosing the new correct mattress and the exchange was painless and restocking cost was reasonable. The new mattress is incredibly comfortable and of great quality.
