Very good food, couldn't eat it all. Great service. Visiting Navy family here, we are from Florida. Love to check out local places.
The store had a lot of really good prices on electronic devices; however, the displays did not offer any real insight into the capabilities of the products. The store was clean, but having only one method of getting in between floors was a drag. The customer service was excellent and all in all, the experience was good.
So many friendly people work here. They really care about the customers. Even people restocking shelves, were aware of distancing requirements and would move so shoppers didn't have to go out of the way. We're so fortunate to have this NEX
NSB New London has, quite possibly, the FRIENDLIEST, most helpful Staff, I have ever encountered, in a Navy Exchange, or Commissary! Always ready to lend a hand, the Associates are constantly Stocking, Straightening, & Cleaning the Exchange. Thank you!!!
