Very disappointed in the management of this particular Dunkin’ Donuts. My son did not have a mask and was told that he had to have a mask which is completely understandable. My son then brought up his T-shirt to fully cover his mouth and his nose. This was unacceptable to the manager Who was wearing her mask below her nose inappropriately and therefore rendering the mask useless. The manager required my son to leave the building and did not serve him at all

Donkey is a great place to get coffee or quick snack food for breakfast or anytime of the day the help there is great and they will help you as much as they can they make an outstanding cup of coffee

Please please do not use you’re card at this establishment I went on my break Wednesday afternoon and noticed the young man at the window took forever to give me my card back and held it up to the lady next to him. As i was going to get dinner for me and my husband my bank account was drained because the young man decided to order door dash and everything else possible with my card! Called and the manager confirmed he likes to keep a book by the register... so pay cash if possible

Mystic CT is an awesome town to visit with many attractions. Our first stop when arriving in Mystic was this Dunkin Donuts. Having to use a restroom, we went inside to order. To our shock, they would not let us use either of the two restrooms. They have them, yet they will not let customers use them. Since Mystic is a tourist town, people come from all over and this Dunkin should let you use their restrooms. If they don’t want you to use both, then they could be like some other Dunkin locations and have one restroom for employees and the other for customers. We left and immediately went to Mystic Village and found the public restrooms there. The coffee was good, yet if you need a restroom like normal Dunkins provide, don’t go to this location.
