I had a wonderful experience. Jody helped me and made my coffee perfect! Definitely coming back.
Came to get a decaf coffee, now I have major problems with getting a decaf at Dunkin. I ask for one cream in my coffee. I got my coffee and said that's not my coffee because it looked like milk. She grabbed it in a huff and poured half of it out and then she filled half with caffeine coffee which I'm allergic too. I said um I will just get a refund back because I really didn't feel like having a reaction. Totally terrible customer service. Left very disappointed. Felt like she was so bothered because I wanted my coffee decaf and one cream. Geez.
The best Donuts & coffee. Not much more to say but yummmm!
