I went November 4th 2020 at 11:25am to pick up a mobile order, fortunately it wasn't for the 75 Poquonnock Rd location it was for the 1056 location and whoever was in the drive thru window was the worst customer service cashier I have ever dealt with. I think this girl needs more training. 1056 location you guys are great!
One employee working, appeared overwhelmed with amount of mobile orders and walk ins...cant blame her nonfriendliness on her due to circumstances! Its the go to for alot of EB/GD employees who start before dawn and should be staffed accordingly...Great coffee n quick service, only 3 stars for company but that poor girl needs coworkers AND a raise
Whenever we go to Eastern Point Beach Park in Groton, we stop at this Dunkin. The staff has always been very friendly and efficient. This Dunkin is clean and easily accessible from both Poquonnock Rd and Chicago Ave. The coffee is always good and we’ve never had a problem at this Dunkin location. Every time we go to Groton or even Mystic, we stop here for an excellent experience.
Good hot Coffee
It only gets 4 stars because of the lack of haste I seem to experience here. Very friendly staff.
