Love this place sometimes the coffee is a little less sweet when I order it but I don't mind and costumer service is decent
Can get very crowded, and they are often sold out of items, but the kids that work their are friendly and fast so pick your poison.
We went to this shop and used the drive thru, the lady who took care of us was really nice, energetic and polite who later gave us her name as Giselle; she was receiving our order and she got interrupted by I believe was the manager who was really rude by the way he spoke to the girl. His name is Erick, he didn’t care that we’re listening to the way he was talking to the lady.. Can’t believe a company like @dunkindonuts have people like this one managing one of their franchises. She went outside to apologize for the inconvenience... He should learn from this girl.
Favorite coffee spot. Clean, quick and super friendly. and are kind to my children.
This Dunkin is one to avoid. The employees seem to have bad attitudes, the food always seemed rushed, everytime the one down the street is mobbed, I venture down to this one, and I always immediately regret it. I wont be giving this store my service ever again. Yesterday morning, after the drive thru attendant gave me my food, which was half missing, I looked over at what seemed to be the manager, and he rolled his eyes and muttered something under his breath when I said we were missing a coffee. I'll drive the extra 2 miles to the store that's out of the way next time. This store should be avoided.
