Booked with ..... upon arrival was greeted, love the staff, very friendly! 2 minute quick paperwork & my guy asked if I wanted bed heater on, yes please. Was off. 30 minutes I booked deep tissue areas of concern upper back & shoulders. Behind the back doors is a very comfortable nice relaxing spa atmosphere. Massage room had a private locker & very comfortable! Everything you expect in a nice massage room. Was given time to undress & get under table sheets etc & ready. He focused right where I beeded it. Because of cov19 I have been hesitant to get my regular massages so was super stiff & if showed. He prefers laying on back while doing upper shoulders as some so, so don't (felt great thou) you must wear mask whole time & didn't bother me at all. 30 minutes was about all I could take I'm so stiff from not getting regular massages right now. He did a very good job, was really friendly & I highly recommend him if going. I felt safe going here. As being a member to the lifetime club I feel safe, it's only one clean & I'll go to not packed or etc. It's better imo then clubhouse where I live lol. Only thing I noticed was no lotion or oil used & if I knew that I would of put some cbd oil on after I showered on my uppback instead of leaving it dry as that did make it feel rougher on my skin then the normal. Otherwise awesome job done. Thanks. Ow, I was given a flyer with salon prices last week as looking into other services, it said in flyer & online when I booked 30 minutes $69. After massage, the lady at front stated it like... just changed to $75. I think they should inform one with a appointment before going in about that & not just Surprise them AFTER IT'S DONE. That can really be a big issue to some that can be avoided. People may think it's upsell..then you got someone yelling & hopefully I don't gotta walk past n hear it lol. P.S ATTACHED PIC OF RESERVATION WITH PRICE $69 THAT MYSTERIOUSLY CHANGED AFTER WAS DONE.

Emily is a hair genius. I first saw her for a hair cut and to consult about taking my dark colored hair to a blonde color. She took her time and explained her plan and asked me to trust the process. Today after my 3rd color appointment I am a blonde. My hair is still super soft and healthy and does not feel over processed. Emily is so much fun too!

Love this spa! Very clean, great staff, incredible services! Treat yourself to a spa day y'all. All for Francisco if you get your hair done.
