The employees at the Griswold cube smart are so kind. They really take the time to make you feel special no matter how small your interaction is with them. They have never once made me feel bad when I've missed a payment throughout covid and have always been friendly and as nice as can be when they call me to remind me about my payments. They make me feel like they really do care about me and my business, as long as I'm in CT I will always use this cube smart!

My mom had a great experience with renting a storage unit for me at this location. Dan walked her through the process and went out of his way to help get the best unit based on my needs. We would absolutely recommend this storage facility to anyone!
If I could give zero stars I would! From the time Cube Smart took over the storage company I was using the price continuously climbed. The one staff member that I had the misfortune of having to deal with was rude and condescending. They tacked on 12.00/ month insurance I told them I didn’t want and didn’t need since my renters insurance already covered it. Stay clear of this company! I found on just as nice at 1/3 the price.
Very helpful staff, super clean facilities and very secure.
