If you’re going to the store to grab something, you should be fine. Anything more than that, good luck. This store was supposed to fulfill an online order. The store didn’t have enough product in stock and told me there was nothing they could do.nnAfter numerous calls to the store and the main customer service the store manager, I was told by Barbara, a lovely store associate, Corey the store manager was ordering a palette from a warehouse.nnTwo weeks later I called and eventually got Corey to check the order status. He didn’t bother to even pretend to be friendly. He said the order hasn’t gotten there and he’s call the warehouse then call me back. He never did. Upon calling two days later I was transferred to him twice and he never accepted my call.nnMeanwhile my ordered showed “cancelled” online but the money hasn’t appeared back in my account.nnI finally spoke with another associate who has helpful in resolving my now “really” cancelled order but was left more than a little frustrated with the lack of communication and helpfulness by the GM.

I purchased 3 cans of chalk paint I used the products on one piece of furniture let it dry and when I went to lightly sand the product it was just dust. The product was not good at all, I showed the store manager the video and pictures of how it was just dust and did not work as advertised. He stated because I used it I could not return it. Then he just walked away didn’t ask if I was all set, didn’t apologize....nothing just walked off. Andrew Store Manager is unprofessional and very rude. He stated that I had to contact the manufacturer and I asked well what about the Lowe’s Customers Service, because a his energy was just standoffish and not willing to help. He had no reply... I’m glad Home Depot is across the street. 0 stars is what is deserved.

Our AC died in the middle of a great wave. The customer service confirmed over the phone that they were in stock. When I got there I had help finding the AC units and also an employee offered to grab me a flat bed as well! The cashier was pleasent and the Overall trip was decent!

Super clean and Covid19 Cautious. Two of the sales associates, were extremely helpful in assisting me in finding what I could not. It was a pleasure shopping here.

Multiple issues with ordering products, delivery, and picking items up. Completely dissatisfied and will not use Lowe’s anymore in the future. Have gone back several times and it’s the same result. I’d rather spend more money at an actual building supply company and get the items I need when promised and receive competent customer service. Thoroughly disgusted. Would give zero stars if that was an option.
