The customer service was excellent. A Very nice representative informed us of the availability of an EGO leafblower. Always a great feeling going to these stores in this neighborhood. Very friendly customer service clerks and cashiers.The employees are always willing to help you even when they are busy doing something for someone else. So happy I moved from NYC to Connecticut.

Picked up a internet order. Came in on time got notification it was there. The two young men loaded into the truck. Assembly that day. Noticed a dent in the lid. Called customer care. They took care of it. She refunded about 20% for the dent. It was only cosmetic not structural damage. I am happy.
The big lollipops they have are my favorite so 5 Stars for me
