While there are some gross customers who have absolutely atrocious parking the staff do a great job at speed and accuracy!
For how late it was, the staff was super nice! The food was fresh amd came out really fast. Love this Perkins location!
Was here nearly 2 hours and the female server talked to me twice and then went home. Took 30 minutes just for her to come to my table the first time with only 1 other table there. I asked for water and French drip. She didn't bring me out my water until the food was done. Then the next visit after that was to ask if I needed more water and then dropped off the check and said she was leaving. The night server never tried to talk to me and ask if I wanted anything else. I was going to get dessert until I was never asked. I was also here Saturday night. The workers that were on decided to all keep taking a smoke break at the same time even when people were coming in. They also had a disgruntled customer that ended up asking for her money back but the person refused and when the phone rang she said Oops I have to get the phone and then proceeded to just ignore her. I feel sorry for the newer server that was working. . . I hope Huddle House management comes over and retrains these people on how to do their jobs.
Everyone agrees that it was great! The waitress was fun and friendly. The food was delicious.
i have never had people be this nice at a restaurant befor i think krolls could learn from you great job i will definitely be back
