Cant ever complain
WOW WOW!!!! This was originally about month ago, 10-25 to be exact and did u know they still had it in the freezer. I thought i give them another chance and order and my husband goes comes back and the receipt said 10-25 at 5:13pm. Today is clearly not 10-25 it is 11-20 and order suppose to be ready 9:02pm way diff times!!! I didnt even order that size this time!!!!!nnlove cold stone and last two visit went great! Ordered online and picked up instore so fast in and out. I placed order once again cause convenient right? No my husband was told no order for my name and even asked are you sure. The gentleman said nope i dont see that order. He comes home i call and talk to female and she said yes its right in the freezer and it was made by the time stated as i was one to make it. Very inconvenient to say the least!! Will be calling the manager Justin on Mon as i dont want it just want a refund.
Good. Was able to get in and out in a timely manner and my kids loved the treats.
Just stopped in the afternoon of May 22nd to buy a few gift cards and had a wonderful young lady help me out. She was new and clearly training but she effortlessly made conversation as she rung me up. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves as she was very committed to providing great customer service.
