Great staff. Great service. Clean and the manager is very proactive with staff, customer and restaurant as a whole. I was very impressed. I now come here to eat and study.
With new safety procedures, process was slow. Staff was new or at least new to the protocols? Food was excellent. We ordered family feast and were pleased with quantity, quality and variety of food offerings. The outdoor patio was set up for eating as indoor seating is currently closednIt was a pleasant experience.
They make it a hassle to use cash. The store smells like burnt hair. And the food is overpriced and more over cooked. Trash.
Love their food. It’s a welcome alternative to the local fast food cuisine. I have never had a bad experience with the food or the professional and friendly staff.nnWhen they began delivering that only increased my already high opinion of them. My ONLY issue with is that they don’t deliver to Norwich. My house is only 6 miles away!!!nnIt breaks my heart all the times I need to give my patronage to someone else rather than Panera when their food is far superior. ud83dude14
Macaroni and cheese was mushy, and the cheese texture was gritty and bland. How does the grocery store Panera taste better than the actual restaurant?
