Love the coffee
Ordered a drink they didn't have the things to make it they tell me after me waiting there ten minutes. Then cant issue a refund as there no manager there to-do one at 3 pm?telling me its my fault for ordering it. Rather then apologizing for not knowing they were out of something especially when they dont have a manager there to fix it.. Snaggle tooth employee was incredibly rude about it. Telling me I need to come back tomorrow morning for a refund. Ridiculous. Laziness costed me all this extra time . avoid this location at all costs shaaaaaaame
Employees at this locate are unprofessional. One employee spent 5 minute complaining about her job. Once she finally took my order, I was told she was unable and unwilling to make my beverage the way I request. Curiosity should be a top priority for all establishments. Obviously this particular location does not feel it is necessary to treat your customers with respect. The Dunkin Donuts inside of the Walmart Super center is a stain on a great company.
The workers are rude. Especially the dark skin one. She makes good coffee but always seems to have a bad attitude. I’m never come back there again. Get better employees. Y’all suck
Horrible customer service. Ordered one hot coffee and two iced and was given three iced. Sticker clearly said HT which is hot but employee told me that is not what I ordered and it was my fault. Going to stop at the gas station one just down the street from now on. Also never give out receipts so we cannot do online surveys.
