The blonde worker in drive thru Friday morning Aug 28th 2020 at 9:30 am did not have a name tag on was very rude and got my order totally wrong after repeating myself seversl times. She got mad at me because she couldn't figure out my order. I'm not one to complain but the service was absolutely horrible. I will not return because of her. She needs more training or to read a book on customer service skills!

This Dunkin' at Valero always gets my order correct. Always pleasant staff who volunteer information on specials. Thanks for keeping me runnin'

My whole family goes to dunkin several times a day for coffee. SEVERAL! Even though this store is 2 miles away, we’ve learned to drive to the Lisbon stores to avoid the headache of dealing with this one. There are about 3 outstanding employees that work here, however, the bad outweighs the good by far. It has become a proven fact that 1) if you go between 2-6pm that you are going to wait, and many times see customers pull out of the line because of the pure irritation, for very long periods of time. A few times the employee would not even recognize the customers and everyone wound up leaving. The amount of money they lose in one week just because of lazy or inadequate workers is unbelievable. 2) at least once A week, if not more, they run out of syrup flavorings for iced coffee. It’s been in the early morning, late morning, afternoon. I understand it happening once in awhile, but for it to be a constant problem is ridiculous. Order more if you’re constantly running out!!!!. Imagine this issue coupled with slow service, and you’ll be as frustrated as me. You wind up waiting 15 minutes when there’s only a few customers in line, only to be told they don’t have what you want. Avoid the headache and go to another store!!

The donut was stale, and the iced coffee seemed off. Probably a bad day, I’ll try again soon and see if anything changes
