Your company would do a lot better and recieve better ratings if you did your auctions through storage treasures online auctions just saying it gives buyers more time to look at the units which would make you more profit and it opens your spectrum of customers cutting out the middle man you have to pay to auction your units just saying
Be aware of double charging and horrible customer service from the owner. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to another storage facility.
The door on the storage locker was broke and they refuse to fix it

Rented a unit here for a few months. I moved my items out in September. However, they keep charging my card. I left three messages, no response. I called again and finally spoke to someone and explained that they have charged my card for the last three months even though I moved everything out in September. He said he would call me back on Monday to credit my account. It is now Thursday and I have not heard anything..no credits to my account...nothing.nnVery poor service in addition to being shady. How do you not call back after receiving three voicemails ? And, saying you would call and credit my card, and not follow through...nnDespicable. ..
