Melody Decker was a Huge Help. My Husband and I went in looking for a mattress that would satisfy both of us. He needs a firm mattress and I want something soft.Melody was very informative and answered all of our questions. She showed us a mattress that made us both happy. If your looking for a new bed do your self a favor and go and see Melody. We were more then happy with the service we received.
Originally had looked at another place that was pushy and didn’t care about our price range. Mattress firm cared about our price range and what was best for us. The deals were great and Kim was so helpful to make sure we got exactly what was right for us for the best deal.
Kim was very helpful in helping me decide which bed would work for me. I will recommend this store and sales person to others. Keep up the good work.

Omg, what a wonderful experience we just had at Mattress Firm in Waterford, CT. We were greeted by a wonderful employee named Kim and she helped us chose the best mattress every step of the way. She was knowledgeable and knew exactly what we needed. Before we were ready to leave, we asked Kim if she could recommend a restaurant not too far from town. She proceeded by asking a colleague what other restaurants she knew in the area and finally we were told that Abbotts Lobster in the Rough was a good place to go.
