We had an experience from hell with Lowe’s this time around. From start to end, it was awful. However, Katie from Appliances is a superhero. Lowes really hit the mark for us! I ordered a mailbox online. They responded that it would be ready for local store pickup in 7 days. We arrived with printed receipt, pulled into parking lot space designated for order pickup. A nice lady was seated under an umbrella and she walked up to our car. I gave her our order number; she called the stockroom, and our mailbox was brought to our SUV, loaded in the rear...receipt give and we were gone in 15 minutes!!! Excellent service...we'll definitely be back. Great experience!!
Fast and effortless return and relatively easy navigation of the building to find a replacement product to buy. As it's such a large building with big wide isles, keeping your distance is easy and I noticed the employees keeping up with the cleanliness of the self checkout area I used to ring out. Overall great experience. Would recommend!
Has a very big selection of tools for one to be able to purchase, whenever that they need to do so. But it's important to look around as you might likely find what it is that you need with a lower priced brand.
It's Lowe's Home Improvement, it's what you expect. I ordered online and used curbside delivery, it was efficient and was non contact. I recommend using it as you continue to seek DIY projects in the house while COVID-19 cases continue to rise in the area.
