My wife and I decided we wanted a new mattress yesterday morning. Chris at Mattress Firm asked a few questions, had us our mattress selected and ordered in under an hour, and delivered this afternoon. We will be taking the drive up to Waterbury for all our kids new mattresses when the time comes to replace them.
Sales person was not pushy (can't say that about my prior experience at another location). He worked with me to find the right mattress, Thorougly explained the warranties. (Lots of exceptions, be sure to asked questions) Left making a purchase that I was happy with, without feeling that I overpayed. I give 4 stars. Once I receive delivery and am completely happy with the mattress, I'll give it 5 stars.
I had a great experience with the sales associate Gerald Williams. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took time to help me pick the best mattress for me and my husband.
I'm very pleased with their service. Communication skills were great! They responded great with my concerns and made this experience great. They called me to let me know what was going on with the delivery process. I will for sure order from them again. Very professional and if something is not going the way it's supposed to, they will make up for it. Thank you! Btw, the guy that helped me is named Ron! Awesome guy.
Sales Associate Chris Demaida was wonderful. He was alone in the store but helped three families purchase mattresses. He was friendly, personable and informative while overwhelmed. Such a great representative off Mattress Firm and the Waterbury CT store. I recommend Chris to all. Thanks Chris for your help and your kindness.
