Our salesperson, Samantha, was very helpful and we were given plenty of time to browse on our own. Several months after our purchase when our plumber was actually installing the shower fixtures we realized that we had inadvertently gotten a rain shower head. I called Samantha and found that it was no problem to exchange it for the one we needed and they credited our account with the difference. Very happy with the service!
Tina Jacovino was very helpful when I stopped by Torrco for info on my leaky faucet, purchased in 2011. She took the time to research and call the distributor. Thank you so much Tina
