THE BEST customer service! Steve, the manager, helped me juggle accounts on no less than three phones; navigated a long call to customer service on my behalf; and helped me switch to a much better family plan for no extra cost. During this marathon, all of my questions were answered simply and with a smile. We are lucky to have BeMobile in Valley City!
