This is the BEST place for kitchen and restaurant supply in CT! It is definitely a warehouse: you're not paying for their overhead and they will definitely give you a competitive price on items great and small PLUS the personnel are AWESOME and make you feel like family. I swear the person who helped me knew the name of every customer who came in! Maybe not all 8,000 restaurant owners in CT came in while I was there, but my point is that there is a knowledgeable and caring person behind every purchase, there to make sure you succeed.
