Miguel and Francisco did a terrific job installing our carpet. They called before arriving and even showed up before the appointment window. They made sure they had the right carpet before they started. Install went smoothly and they checked with me often to make sure everything was correct. 5 stars.
The carpet installers arrived on time. They installed the padding and carpet quickly and professionally. They asked questions about how we wanted the carpet placed and look. Both were friendly and before leaving cleaned up and vacuumed the carpet completely. I highly recommend the company.
East Coast Flooring installed my basement carpeting. They were able to do the install the day after they received it from Lowes, amazingly fast response time! Miquel and Francisco were my installers and they were excellent! They were very respectful and considerate of social distancing and wearing a mask while in shared space. My basement carpeting wasn't an easy install and it looks fantastic. We have the same company coming back to redo our 2nd floor carpeting and I hope they send Miquel and Francisco back again.
I had a great experience with East coast flooring via Lowe's. The installer Wilmer and his partner came on time and got right to work. They moved quickly and did a beautiful job with no mess left behind. If I ever need any flooring in the future it will definitely be East coast flooring.
Randy did an excellent job installing our new carpeting. Initially I was concerned because it was a big job that required moving some heavy furniture and he was alone. However he was able to get everything moved and get the huge roll of carpet up to the second floor without any help. He obviously is very skilled and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. He was polite, friendly and very professional and I would highly recommend him to others. Thanks for sending him for this job.
