I only speak of my positive experience at the return desk, not only handling my return quickly and efficiently but also willing to listen to my stories.nI tell her of other employees in the store that are not interested in learning all aspects of your retail operations but would rather just point to plumbing and say over there rather than bring me to plumbing and learn about the special plumbing item that I needed; an item that the employee had no clue what I was talking about.

The app gives you an aisle and bay number and how many are in stock. Which I love, but for the 1st time they wasn't where the app said. So asked a very nice young lady(I'm selling her short because I can't remember her name)and she didn't give up until the item was found getting every manager she could find Involved. All in all we know what home depot is, but when you have Exceptional Employees like that. I will be back.

June (The Home Depot Manager at the Orange Location) is BEYOND AMAZING. I had a broken portable LG air conditioning unit and she offered herself to come pick it up for return (if she was not able to set up a service to come get it). She was able to have a service come pick it up for me but the fact she offered her own time to come get it means so much to me. She deserves a promotion, raise or anything because that is the best customer service I have EVER gotten! Thank you June for making this process so easy for me!!!

Like the cement with the red label. Works good on steps for patching. Did my front and side steps. Easy to apply using water to mix it.
