We have a gift card as a Christmas gift and the receiver was informed today they were unable to use it. I contacted the store and was told their system crashed during Covid and that it would not be fixed until the pandemic ends and that I must not know what is going on there....

Inconsistent hours, i try to go in at 10 : theyre closed,nnGo at 10 2 days later now open,nnGO at 11 a week later, closed,nnGo at 3 pm that day, still closed,nnApparently they were open through all of covid due to their facebook page but every time i went by lights off no one in the parking lot,nnBut then i drive by at 11 o clock at night! Doors open lights on and the open sign lit?!nnThe only time i can say, go to amazon, its faster

Wednesday morning. Store opens at 10 am. Its 1130 and no one is here. Several other customers stopped in while I was there. All disappointed! What gives?

This owner of this store is a ROBBER. On December 31 I bought a knife and a knife block for my significant other. I came back the very next day to return the items, as I no longer wanted them and explained that to the owner Michelle. She said I’ll give you a 55$ refund tonight and if on Christmas you decide that you no longer want the gifts due to the circumstances that I would be allowed to bring the two items back at any time. So, today on December 31 I attempted to bring the two items back. She flat out refused over text message and shut off her phone. Not only in that unprofessional but dishonest. I came a day after I bought the items, which is within the 7 day return policy to return the items, but she convinced me otherwise so that she could keep the money in her pockets. She took advantage of my situation, and doesn’t care about the satisfaction of her customers. Her employees are stressed out from her inability to manage a store, and to be honest I don’t even know why it is still open. It’s half a clearance store half a washed up kitchen store. DON’T SHOP HERE. You’ll be left disappointment.
