Great service always able to help me when I need it
Totally disappointed with the service in the West Haven branch. I made a reservation online 24 hrs in advance and the pickup time today was 10:00 a.m. and got it by 5:30 p.m. To make things worse A/C isn't working! The management trainee Daniel Centofanti was very unprofessional and told me if I wanted he could cancelled the reservation. Second time that happened in my family. NO MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM FROM NOW ON.
Parking lot is huge! Easy access to and from highway
Easy to reserve and the pick-up was smooth. Truck operated flawlessly. Easy dropoff 200 miles away in another city. Great value.
