This place is completely unprofessional in every way. There is no communication with the employees working there. I called and spoke to 1 lady and she was supposed to put it in the computer. Then 2 days later someone else calls me. I go through the whole thing all over again 3 different times. They go crazy calling from morning to night. Not giving people a chance to get out of work to bring the money there for the payment. They have absolutely horrible customer service. The females working there are rude as hell. They call you days before your payment is even due. I don't pay over the phone because they just go into your account and take the money out even though you told them just a one time payment. Very unsatisfied with the place. I'm paying this one thing off and being done with this place. Aaron's is a horrible business. DONT GO THERE. Go somewhere else.

This store customer service is terrible. The only thing they're concerned is with money/payments. (*All my payments were and are currently on time.*) I asked the customer service rep about compensations during this covid 19 pandemic and the rep had no interest in informing me on anything or helping me. This rep was not polite or helpful at all. I'd never buy from this store again. Nor would I recommend anyone to this location. ud83dudeab

An hour before I was supposed to get my delivery they call and say I need the first month for a down payment...mind you I went saturday and today is monday...very unprofessional and rude! I would give them no stars if it was possible. Stay away!!

Last name is BRISBANE because I want them to see this review! I HATE dealing with this store, They are straight nasty and rude. The manager puts me on hold without telling me, then the manager gets nasty with me because of HIS employee saying she screwed up giving me my payoff amount. I'm paying Rent-A-Center $100 more a month because their attitude makes it worth paying the extra for the bedroom sets. THEN they lie about the pay-off amount. How is it when I walked in the store, it was $480 in March. I call today, and its $509? Aarons is shady and you will NEVER get respected like you pay their salaries. GO TO RENT-A-CENTER ON CAMPBELL AVENUE!! Tammie is awesome and has worked with me without ANY attitude.
