I placed an order for a furniture set, paid and everything, and two weeks later they let me know they didn’t have it. Total waste of time. There was also NO selection. I had no options to order other furniture because the sales representative said there was nothing in stock. What made my experience completely terrible was that they took NO accountability for their actions. The owner/ manager, gave an endless amount of excuses, starting with COVID, and so forth. I wasn’t having it so I told her. I will never do business with them ever. I do not recommend.

I have shopped here before. Every time I did, I had a happy purchase experience. Furniture items are of very decent quality at affordable prices. Sales people were always patient and resourceful. This time was no different. Highly recommend it.
I bought a Lift chair from Carol’s when I was visiting my 87 year old Dad in July. I live in Georgia and he needed the chair as he lives alone. He called me in a panic that it had stopped working. He can not get out of a chair to get to his walker without the lift chair. Carol’s got a technician out ASAP and my Dad is independent again! Thank you so much...having a parent so far away is difficult. Thank you for making it a little easier.
