We had 3 rugs washed, 2 that required some restorative work. We were quite pleased with the quality of the work that upon receipt we gave John 2 other rugs for washing with 1 requiring restorative work. Would recommend without reservation, whatsoever.nJoseph G., Old Lyme.
John and his team did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing a large Tabriz carpet for us. A true family company!
Knowledgeable about rugs and care and cleaning. They repaired and cleaned our very old orientals, and we learned a lot about the rugs we've had for so many years. They are fair in pricing and honest in their quotes, giving comparison of repair methods and costs, allowing the customer to decide. John goes the extra step that makes Arakelian customer service great rather than ok. We highly recommend.
