Had a problem with a brand new recliner that may have been damaged during delivery. Manager was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. Very pleasant and willing to ensure that I was happy. I was not prepared for the resolution to be so easy and was pleasantly surprised! Very satisfied!
Store was pretty chic, comfy and warm welcome helps. Rosemary was outstanding and offers pretty good solutions for your furnishing needs. It will be the fastest you spend a couple hundred bucks but I guarantee you'll come out feeling pretty accomplished in doing so.
I was in the area and decided to stop in as I’m looking for a new coffee table. Charl was the salesman I worked with and he was amazing!!!!!!! I encourage whoever enters to ask for him as he was the nicest, and very patient, man! Since I came in on a whim I had no real idea of what I wanted and he took the time to show me every coffee table in the store. When I was deciding between 3 he took me to look at each of them and was so helpful! He was a great conversationalist and very knowledgeable! I only plan on giving him my business! I can’t wait for my items to be delivered. On a side note, they have a great outlet section and everything is so beautiful inside!
Rose was super helpful and supportive during an exciting and stressful time. I am happy with my choices and she definitely helped to get me there.
