If I could give this less than a 1 star review, I would. This has been the worst experience. The workers at the customer service desk are completely rude and do not know what they are talking about. I have received different answers about my furniture every time I have called. Our salesperson on the floor, Lora, was amazing!!!!! But their customer service department SUCKS!!!!
Edit 11/20: I contacted the email provided in the businesses reply the same day it was provided and have yet to receive a follow up phone call. That lack of customer service speaks for itself. I also contacted the store as their delivery men damaged a mirror, rug, and multiple door frames in my home. Again, I have yet to receive a phone call- I have followed up several times.nnSarah, the store manager, and Luis, sales associate on the outlet side were both very friendly, emphatic and helpful. However, I had a horrible experience with the platinum protection plan which made me want to never own another piece of furniture from there again(this was after furnishing 3+ full rooms over the last 13 years there). Bob, another store manger was condescending and dismissive in dealing with the issue. I came back the next day and Sarah assisted as much as she could - her personality and customer service made me give Raymour and Flanigan another chance. But yet gain, RF disappoints as they did not deliver on the day they chose. I took a day off from work and arranged my schedule for them to tell me they forgot to load the new furniture on the truck (this was after I called them to find out where they were in the delivery process). They were less than accommodating with choosing a new time frame. Super frustrated.
The woman was very polite, sweet and funny without being pushy and let us walk around on our own and talk to her when we had questions or when we ready to select a sofa. This outlet place has amazing amazing prices that cannot be beat for the quality. Thank you!
Me and my wife went to the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet not knowing what to expect, once we were inside a man by the name of Efrian Rivera approached us and asked how could he help us?. I was a little adamant at first about what I wanted but that did not seem to distract him from his mission of helping us find what we needed... I said we are looking for a Queen size platform bed and he took us right to where we needed to be and carefully explained each and every bed we looked at with great detail and from that point on we were able to pick out a bedroom set that we now love and Appreciate, Thank You Raymour & Flanigan and Mr. Rivera!!!!!
It is always a positive shopping experience at Raymour & Flanigan's Waterbury CT store. Lily greeted us when we came in and was a pleasure to work with and very helpful and considerate. We have bought several furniture items and mattresses and have never had one problem with the items, the sales help or the delivery people. We have done business with both their regular store and their Outlet store over the past several years. I highly recommend this store for all your furniture needs.
