As a physician and a chronically ill person I have spent much time in doctors' offices. Most are unsatisfactory. The Derm Group was wonderful. The staff was courteous and prompt. There was no long waiting in the waiting room or exam room. The doctor was professional, friendly, extremely careful in the skin exam and explained all I needed to know. The Derm Group runs against the tide of the patient mills we all have to put up with to get our care. They and Dr. McFarren in particular have my highest recommendation.

My experience with Derm Group has always been great and very professional. The staff is great and are very attentive. I never feel like I'm being rushed when I visit, which is important to me. Thanks Derm Group for the attentiveness and professionalism...

This was by far the best initial appt. The Staff was so welcoming and friendly greeting was pleasant even with the mask. The doctor and his nurse team were silly and made my anxiety level decrease. Dr.Ferrence was funny and for my hair being a serious concern he made me feel truly comfortable. This will definitely be my new medical family.nI gave the name to 3 friends already!!!

1st visit, appeared very knowledgeable. Clean and friendly. Will know better after few weeks of treatment. Seems due to COVID-19 no idle chit chat or much hands on as dermatology is more then meets the eye. Planning on a 5 star after next visit

Very friendly!! Very accommodating! Didn't have to wait long at all they took me right in!
