Luis is the best person there !! He made me feel very welcomed and comfortable within seconds. He helped me very much with choosing a storage unit that will fit me and my price range. I highly suggest extra space storage in Orange and going to Luis thank you again one year later and still getting great cutomer service
Excellent storage facility. Very friendly staff, well lit storage areas, and proper movement equipment provided (carts etc). Communication with staff was always pleasant and comprehensive. Prices are more than fair, and staff is always willing to help where possible.
Was in need of a last minute storage unit due to my apartment lease being up and struggling with finding a place during the pandemic and Dave was able to show us a unit and get the paper work done within a matter or minutes. Great customer service. Answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!
Details of our moving space were very clear and straightforward. The Indoor storage was kept very clean and even made me jealous of its perfect climate controlled environment vs my house. Everything from start to finish was hassle free and the moving carts for larger items made moving my stuff from truck-to-unit a breeze!
I have been using Extra Space Storage (BPR, Orange, CT) since 2007/2008. Luis and David have always taken great care of me. Highly recommended.
