We were fortunate to have Nathan Polite as our Ashley representative.nNathan was impressive. He was helpful and attentive to our needs without being overbearing.nHe was able to answer all our questions.nWe left, went looking at other stores but came back to Ashley.nNathan was one of the reasons we'd came back.nThank you Nathan for making our visit a great experience.nWe'll be back

Michael R. was awesome! He helped us choose a mattress. He was patient and knowledgeable about the different brands in store. Michael showed us around the showroom and even assisted us in choosing a bed frame as well. Michael was relatable and understood our needs. Thanks for all of your help, Michael! While the manager seemed helpful and nice when I went in to buy a couch, this is where the horror story started. First, never pay full price for anything. Everything is negotiable and without much work, prices can be knocked down 40-45%. However, the manager promised delivery of a couch in 4 weeks. That sounded great. When I called after 4 weeks, they told me that delivery would occur after 10 weeks. They didn't do anything to remediate this situation but after a lot of pushing, offered free delivery. When I then called after 10 weeks to check the status, they said it was now delayed to 14 weeks (over 3 months!) due to Covid. However, they did not call me, the customer to inform me of this delay...they would just assume that I would wait for the product. After prepaying quite a bit of money for the couch, the level of communication that they give their customers is horrendous. 0/10 would purchase from this store again. If they don't have it in stock, don't count on any communication for this purchase.nEdit: After this review was published, the manager did call me and was very apologetic on the phone. He promised to provide additional training to his employees regarding delivery times & promises during a pandemic.

To Ashley representative,nWith every bit of sincerity and respect for Ms.J, I was treated extremely patient and thoroughly educated with my special purchase. The both of us fitted like a glove and being old school with the same ideals, she helped me understand the new techniques in progress. I feel it'll be a good journey for me at this point.
