I came to Bobs with my husband and we were helped right away by Jackie! So pleasant and nice. Not overbearing at all. Helped us to measure the couches we were interested in to make sure it would fit our space and was very patient being that I’m super picky to begin with. She was amazing and very helpful with the whole process and made it a piece of cake to get the couch we loved! Ask for Jackie next time you take a trip to Bobs in Orange!!

I went into Bob’s searching for a couch and was weary because I wasn’t sure on what I wanted. I was greeted by a very nice young man named Mike and was immediately blown away by the level of customer service that he provided. He was very transparent with me and I appreciated all the honesty he walked me through the steps on purchasing a couch and showed me different styles and models that you guys had in store and even on catalog. I came in with a certain budget in mind but he was able to get me preapproved for some credit and I was able to have a little more wiggle room to get a couch that I really wanted. Thank you so much to Mike I had a really good experience!
