My experience with the representative, Kraig, was great! He was so patient and kind to me as I figured out the best size of a sectional furniture for my living room. He did whatever he could to make sure I was a happy customer! He knew what he was doing and gave great suggestions. He didn't seem bothered by any questions I asked, which I appreciated. Even the lady at the computer who finished my purchase was super friendly! Because of the awesome customer service, I recommend R&F Furniture in Orange, CT to others!
Our salesman was just wonderful. Very attentive and ready to show us exactly what we wanted and needed. We left ordering a beautiful mattress. We requested that it be delivered in 2 days, and it came just as promised. The delivery people were excellent. They were in and out within 5 minutes, taking the old mattress and box spring. I would definitely use them again and refer business to Raymour and Flanigan.
Truly was a fabulous time, we knew what wanted and had been greeted by the store manager in Milford, Ct. from that point on our representative was Michael. He took us to the right area and within a 1/2 hour we had selected 3 piece living room set and stepped up paid and walked out. Thank You for a pleasant time.nThomas and Beverly Pratt
Andy in the Orange CT location is wonderful she worked with my family and I every step of the way she made the experience very pleasant I highly recommend her. We have a delivery window and even though the drivers were still going to be there in that window they called and let us know that they had an issue with their truck but are back on track now and might be close to the end of the window. Everyone was very professional Lovely to work with.
When you enter the store, you are greeted but not pressured, or followed around the store by sales associates. You are made to feel comfortable. If you do need help the sales associates are knowledgeable about the products. Upon completeing a purchase you are greeted by the manager who finalizes your purchase and checks to make sure what you purchased is whats on your receipt. Left totally satisfied
