Went in a few times didn’t really find what I was looking for. Stopped by a few weeks later and hit the jackpot. Found everything I was looking for and Hector the sales associate was very helpful and he gave me a great deal on all my stuff and offered delivery for a reasonable price. If your looking and don’t find it the first time,keep trying!nDefinitely going back when I need other furniture.
Paul assisted us with our new purchase. Unfortunately he did not go through any of the warranty information with us. I had asked about purchasing a mattress protector & showed us 3 options that were available. He also located some clearance pillows & since they rang up as full price he even price adjusted them to less than the tagged price. He did not inform me that even though I was using my Raymour credit card that I would have to put 20% down & even told me the purchase would have to be paid off in either 6-12 months. While at customer service only options for repayment were 6,12,18 or 36 month (we chose the 36 months). We decided to have all items be delivered at the same time (since furniture had to be ordered) and mattress 1st weekend in August (and will be called if items came in sooner). Well 4 months later & we are still waiting for our furniture. We have had several delivery dates and only received our mattress! This has been the worst shopping experience for furniture ever. No communication & I'm reaching out, taking time off & waiting for deliveries that don't arrive!
I bought a really nice dinning table with 6 chairs for less than 500 dollars. Super happy. Ask for Hector Morris, he gave me a great deal with a discount.
Great location. Great deals. I wasn’t sure on what to get. They don’t follow you around and make you buy something you don’t want. Lots of choices to choose from. My sales agent was great. I gave 4 stars becaz the delivery time was good but it could of been better.
Great place great deals furniture sells fast all the sales reps I chatted with all deserved my business and great at what they do. They don’t hound you after the initial encounter and whenever your ready whoever is not with a customer you’ll be in solid hands. In my case Andre was my dude and he straight up killed it! 5 stars all day
