We are in the process of moving from New York to Milford, CT. I needed flooring installed ASAP not to delay our move. Went to a big box store and waited a week or so for an estimate.. We were told they would deliver the product but we had to carry up the 38 boxes of flooring. We could not do that.nam not too familiar with the area so looked up local stores with great reviews . So happy I found Galaxy. Called last Monday, Vinny went right out to measure. By Wednesday the floors were delivered and by Friday installed. What a great job! We were so happy to see the finished product and so much cheaper than the other stores yet professionally done and immaculate. Vinny is the best and so are his hard workers. Highly recommend.
After several months of contacting flooring companies and countless blown appointments we finally found Galaxy Flooring! Vinny was extremely helpful and never pressured us. He made an appointment and came out to measure on time. He gave us a great price and made us feel comfortable. We set the day 1 week from the day he came out to measure. His men were right on time and had a great attitude. They were professional and went above and beyond to make my wife and I happy! The new Vinyl plank floors came out great!nI highly recommend you reach out to Vinny for all your flooring needs!
I highly recommend Galaxy Discount Flooring. From the time my mom and I walked in to the showroom in Milford until the time the carpeting was done being installed, the experience was awesome. Both Vinny and Ebener made the experience seamless and stress free. They were both extremely patient and knowledgeable regarding all questions that I had. As soon as I chose the flooring I wanted, measurements were taken the next day! The installers were also great. They were all super professional, worked hard and efficiently and did an amazing job. Overall, Galaxy Discount Flooring provided a positive customer experience and went the extra mile to make me happy. I absolutely love my new carpet!

Our experience with Galaxy was amazing. They offer the best carpet, price and service around! We worked with Vinny and Ebener who put together our project professionally and efficiently! Any questions we had through the process were answered fully and quickly. Israel and his team of installers were courteous, careful and professional. The carpets came out so beautifully and they’re very soft for the kids to play on! We are truly 110% satisfied and would highly recommend Galaxy Carpet of Milford!
