Poor customer service. I called to see if they had an item in stock. The girl said yes in two different sizes. I asked that she hold both until the following day and she said no problem. I called back an hour later to see if they had a third and the manager told me she told the girl not to put them on hold. I told her that's not what i was told and it's lucky i called back. The manager finally agreed to hold them till the following day. Where i arrived 9 minutes after opening. Not only were they not on hold, but the ones that were, were wrong, even though I confirmed it 3x. I drove 45 minutes one way to get there. Very disappointing and the manager as well as the people working when I arrived were rude and snippy as if not holding items over night were life and death. In a time when so many stores are closing and 1 in 5 people are losing their job, good customer service goes a long way, especially when a stores online presence is as poor as tjmaxx, home goods or Marshall's.

Always a decent selection of items at a reduced price from other stores. I always find bargains especially on clearance items. Their rewards program, which generates certificates that can be used the same as cash with no restrictions, is an added bonus.

They have plenty of hand sanitizer options. Not what I was shopping for but good to pickup in the same trip if you're out of some. Store was clean and orderly. I usually go before closing to avoid crowds.

Nice cashiers and the store itself has implemented many covid friendly rules for a safer shopping experience!

Found good gifts there and store is very clean.
